Abstract:

The search for natural solutions to sleep-related problems has drawn a lot of attention lately, and one such solution that has garnered popularity is golden milk that has been infused with curcumin. This abstract investigates the possibility of curcumin-rich drinks to reduce insomnia and enhance the general quality of sleep.
Turmeric's main ingredient, curcumin, has long been praised for its anti-inflammatory nature and antioxidant qualities. Turmeric is combined with milk, black pepper, honey, and other ingredients to make golden milk, a classic Ayurvedic beverage that is both tasty and calming. Combining these elements is thought to increase curcumin's bioavailability, facilitating improved body absorption and utilisation. Curcumin is a promising option for treating the underlying causes of insomnia because of its capacity to modify neurotransmitters, lower oxidative stress, and lessen inflammation.
It might help lessen symptoms like pain and discomfort that keep people from falling asleep. Because black pepper helps to improve the absorption of curcumin, its addition with golden milk is significant. Black pepper's piperine ingredient has been shown to boost curcumin's bioavailability by blocking the digestive system's enzyme that break it down. The potential effectiveness of curcumin in treating sleep-related problems is increased by this combination.
Curcumin-infused golden milk has potential as a natural treatment for insomnia. Curcumin from turmeric, milk, also black pepper, with honey provide a comprehensive way to address the causes of sleep disruptions. A deeper comprehension of curcumin's potential contribution to the promotion of restful sleep and enhancement of overall sleep quality will come from further exploration and meticulous scientific research.
