HBV infection and HCV infection are the most common sources of diseases and death in those receiving like hemodialysis. The test techniques of ELIZA were employed to identify the presence of HBV antigen and anti-HCV antibodies by patients undergoing hemodialysis (HD). One of the major traits of patients with renal failure on HD treatment is the high frequency of blood transfusions, an extended vascular access, close contact with infected individuals in healthcare facilities, contaminated equipment and the exposure of patients to each other viral hepatitis.
